What does the monthly fee cover?
One dedicated, full-time resource working your business hours, plus our management layer — vetting, onboarding, training on your CRM and portals, and performance oversight. No recruitment fees.
How is pricing decided?
By the number of agents your resource supports — that is the main driver of workload. Final pricing also reflects transaction volume, tools, and hours, and is confirmed on your discovery call.
Do your people know Dubai real estate systems?
Yes. The team works inside Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and your CRM, and handles DLD, Ejari and RERA processes plus the standard forms — Contract A, B, F and I, tenancy contracts, MOUs and NOCs — day to day.
Who is behind LINE VA?
LINE VA is founder-led. Our founder has been based in Dubai for 10 years — 6 of them in real estate — and has helped multiple Dubai brokerages and property start-ups build their operations from scratch: the CRM, the portal workflows, and the DLD and Ejari processes. Your team runs on that playbook.
Which hours will my team work?
We adjust to your time zone. Your resource works your office hours — Dubai time for a Dubai brokerage, or wherever your team is based — so they are online and reachable through your full working day.
Is there a lock-in contract?
A 3-month initial term, then month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. In the first 30 days you can also stop with 2 weeks’ notice if the fit isn’t right. No long-term commitment beyond that.
What if the person isn't the right fit?
We recruit and onboard a replacement at no extra cost and cover the handover, so your listings and pipeline keep moving.
Do your teams use AI?
Yes. Our people are trained to use AI tools for drafting, summarising, research, data clean-up and quality checks — always human-reviewed. It means faster turnarounds and cleaner output without adding headcount, and it never touches client data outside your approved systems.
How do you protect our data and portal access?
Every resource signs an NDA and works under access controls you set, using your logins through your preferred password manager. We also run our own CRM and operating ecosystem where every brokerage is fully isolated — no shared inboxes, leads or files between clients — and client data stays in your systems.
How soon can a resource start?
Around two weeks — week one to map your workflow, week two to match and onboard. Simple setups can be faster.
